Simon Pex is an Associate Director focusing on European buyout opportunities. He is based in Munich. Since joining Carlyle in 2013, Mr. Pex has been actively involved in Carlyle’s investments in Alloheim, Atotech and Hunkemoller. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Pex worked with The Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Pex studied at the University of Munster/Germany, San Diego State University/US and the London School of Economics/UK and received a MSc in business administration and economics from the University of Munster.
