Paul Ferraro is a Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations for Private Wealth. He is based in New York. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Ferraro was an Executive Director and Head of Platform Distribution for Morgan Stanley’s Merchant Banking Division. Also at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Ferraro was a Regional Director in the Alternative Investments Group, responsible for alternative asset fundraising throughout the firm’s mid-Atlantic footprint. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley he was the Director of Sales for Torrey Associates, a $1.5 billion Hedge Fund-of-Funds. Mr. Ferraro began his career at First Union National Bank, where he held key positions in the Equity Trading Group before becoming a Partner in Wachovia’s Alternative Strategies Group. Mr. Ferraro is a graduate of Gannon University and has an MBA from University of North Carolina. Mr. Ferraro holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and currently holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
