Bio

Michael Britton is a Vice President advising on buyout opportunities in Australian and New Zealand. He is based in Sydney, Australia. Since joining Carlyle in 2015, Mr. Britton has been involved with Carlyle’s investments in iNova Pharmaceuticals, Accolade Wines and Coates Hire. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Britton worked in the Investment Banking Department at UBS in Sydney, where he was involved in a broad range of transactions including private treaty trades, public mergers and acquisitions, recapitalization and equity raisings predominantly in the industrial, technology, media and leisure sectors. Mr. Britton holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (Hons I) and commerce from University of Western Australia.
