Justin Kwan is a Vice President with Carlyle Power Partners. He is based in New York. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Kwan was an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays in the Global Power & Utilities group. Mr. Kwan received a B.S. in Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
