Judy Zhu is a Director focused on China investor relationship, portfolio management and private equity opportunities investment. She is based in Beijing. Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Zhu was a Director of Standard Chartered Private Equity where she focused on private equity investments and managed China-based portfolios in consumer, education, TMT and renewable energy. While at Standard Chartered Private Equity, Ms. Zhu was a Director of Etonkids Educational Group Limited and Chairman of Supervisor Committee of Siyanli Industrial Company Limited. Prior to that, Ms. Zhu worked in investment banking for 2 years at Goldman Sachs & Co. and in management consulting for 3 years at A.T. Kearney Management Consulting Firm. Ms. Zhu received her M.B.A. from Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. She received a Master of Finance from Tsinghua University and B.E. from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
