Tim Johnson is a Partner at BroadOak. He has over 25 years of combined private equity, investment banking and financial advisory experience and has served on numerous boards including: LabConnect Inc. (active), Horizon Infusions (active), BioInformatics Inc. (active), Pathology Inc. and DrugScan, Inc.. Tim was a founder and General Partner of Mt. Weather Capital and prior to BroadOak, he was a founding partner and Managing Director of England & Company, a middle market investment bank located in Washington, D.C. Previously, he was an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney’s Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group and CIBC World Markets, advising clients on M&A transactions in several industries. Tim also worked in the M&A Group at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co. and began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he provided accounting and consulting services. A Certified Public Accountant, he earned his B.S. in Accounting (magna cum laude) and his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Maryland.
