Panayiota (Toula) K. Bougiamas is a Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer of Blackstone Credit. Before joining Blackstone Credit, Toula served for 18 years in the SEC's Division of Enforcement in the New York Regional Office, conducting all facets of complex investigations and litigation involving the federal securities laws. For the last seven years, Toula served as an Assistant Regional Director of the Asset Management Unit, supervising a group of attorneys and industry experts on matters pertaining to the asset management industry. Before joining the SEC, Toula served as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. Court of International Trade. She received her B.S. from Cornell University and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review and Editor of the Second Circuit Review.
