Kendra Cartwright is a Managing Director and is the HR Business Partner dedicated to the Global Real Estate business. In this role, KenKendra Cartwright is a Managing Director and is the Head of Human Resources Asia Pacific. Kendra brings nearly 20 years of international human resources experience to the firm. Prior to joining Blackstone, she spent 10 years in Asia, most recently as HR Business Partner for the Asia ETF and Distribution businesses at Blackrock. She also spent 13 years at Barclays Investment Bank in HR roles across geographies and functions, including HR Business Partner for Global Research (New York) and Head of HR for Asia Pacific Front Office (Tokyo and Singapore). Kendra earned a BA in Russian and French from Indiana University, an MA in Slavic Linguistics from Florida State University, and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.dra partners with the business to develop the people and talent management strategy for Real Estate.
