Shane C. Parr is a Managing Director and the co-founder of TGP Investments, LLC., a private equity fund manager since 2006 (“TGP”). TGP manages TGP Capital Partners, LLC and TGP Capital Partners II, LLC. Prior to TGP, Mr. Parr helped manage George K. Baum Capital Partners, L.P., a $100 million private equity fund from 1997 through 2008. Prior to that and during graduate school, he worked for Holden Capital Advisors, a venture capital firm based in Prairie Village, Kansas. Mr. Parr has twenty years of experience in originating, evaluating, and executing acquisitions, as well as working closely with management teams to help achieve their long-term objectives. Mr. Parr is currently a director of DaVinci Roofscapes, LLC., DSI Dynamatic Holdings, LLC., and Ascend Integrated Media, LLC. Mr. Parr received a B.S. degree in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from the University of Kansas.
