Bio

Erdem is Operating VP at TCP, where he focuses on helping portfolio companies optimize software engineering processes and practices. Previously, Erdem was a Software Engineering Manager at ESW Capital, a leading software private equity firm. Before ESW, Erdem was Software Engineering Manager at VeriPark. Erdem began his career as a software developer and continued as a software architect in the Telecommunication and Call Center sectors. Erdem received his BS from Bogazici University (Turkey).
