Bio

Dragana is an Operating VP at TCP, where she focuses on helping portfolio companies with org/process design and recruiting, QA, SaaS operations, and professional services. Previously, Dragana was a VP of Integrations at ESW Capital, a leading software private equity firm. Before ESW, Dragana ran PMOs and IT transformations at Ereste Bank, Ahold Delhaize, Schnerider Electric, and Hypo Alpe. Dragana began her career as an economist for Serbia Electric Power. Dragana received her BS from the University of Belgrade (Serbia) and her MSc from CentraleSupelec (France).
