Almir is an Operating VP at TCP, where he focuses on helping portfolio companies optimize product architecture and software engineering. Previously, Almir was a VP of Engineering and Operations at ESW Capital, a leading software private equity firm. Before ESW, Almir was CTO and chief engineer at 3 startups, 2yourdoor, Kraftwerk, and Abalodemia. Almir began his career as a technology consultant at ITdesign. Almir received his BS from Webster Private Univeristy and masters degrees from Wien University and Graz University (Austria).
