Rebecca is responsible for showcasing how different we are, finding and nurturing talent, and making Tenzing the employer of choice for the best people in private equity. Our ambition is to build one of the highest-performing and most innovative European tech-focused private equity firms, powered by a market-leading diverse and inclusive team, so we’ve set ourselves a lofty goal, but Rebecca thrives on the challenge! As we continue to scale and move into new geographies, Rebecca will be focused on developing our team requirements, building deep relationships with the top-quartile PE players, understanding their motivations, and nurturing our talent community. With a background in headhunting and private equity, having worked in Hg’s Talent Team, she joined Tenzing with a growth mindset and a mission to drive change. She loves collaborating, moving at pace and building something new. When the opportunity to build a talent function within a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment like Tenzing came about, she jumped at the chance.
