Neil is the Finance Operating Partner at Tenzing. Neil joined Tenzing after two decades as a CFO/COO in PE-backed businesses. His early years were in industry across multiple sectors, with systems and change management featuring prominently, before using these skills focussing on growth businesses. Successful exits include Tunstall Healthcare, Reward Gateway and Prism Medical. His role at Tenzing is to support the transition of our new portfolio businesses into the world of private equity. Working closely with the CFO’s across the portfolio, Neil will help develop and implement best-in-class reporting, processes and systems to support the business’ growth. The goal is to execute this within the first six months whilst still enabling the Management Team to deliver the investment plan.
