Mark is our Head of Delivery and supports our portfolio companies by building programme delivery functions and frameworks to drive their growth ambitions. Before joining Tenzing, he spent 17 years at Capita, most recently as Transformation Director, to deliver complex operating model changes, business turnaround strategies and large-scale digital transformation. Mark has a broad range of sector experience, including financial services, government services, TMT, outsourcing and consulting across Europe, Africa and Asia. He was drawn to Tenzing because of the incredible businesses within our portfolio and the opportunity to lead a huge range of transformation projects. But, it was after visiting the office, meeting the team, and feeling the culture that he knew this was a place that would provide an amazing environment to grow and learn and somewhere he could really enjoy his career. Mark is hugely motivated by the human interaction that leading transformation provides and finds working with highly skilled and intelligent teams to deliver their vision really exciting.
