Bio

Mr. Frisbie joined Tenaska in 1998 and TCM in 2002. He has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry in finance, strategic planning, business development, accounting, and tax. Mr. Frisbie has responsibility for TCM’s project financings, deal structuring, and capital markets activities for potential acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Tenaska, Mr. Frisbie was manager of accounting for the non-regulated businesses of MidAmerican Energy Company. Before joining MidAmerican, Mr. Frisbie worked as a certified public accountant in the tax division at Arthur Andersen, LLP, where he served a variety of clients, focusing primarily on the energy industry. Mr. Frisbie graduated from Buena Vista University with a B.A. in Accounting.
