Bio

Mr. Leitner joined TCM in 2003 and has nearly 20 years of experience pursuing acquisitions and managing divestitures of energy-related businesses. Mr. Leitner leads TCM’s generation team, where he is responsible for the origination of generation investments and the management and optimization of TCM’s portfolio assets. Prior to joining TCM, Mr. Leitner was Director of Asset Investments at Aquila, Inc. where he focused on transactions involving generation asset portfolios and related infrastructure. Preceding his time at Aquila, Mr. Leitner worked at Koch Industries, Inc., where he was responsible for analysis and due diligence related to transactions in the natural gas midstream, crude oil and agricultural industries. Mr. Leitner graduated from the University of Nebraska with a B.S.B.A. and from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an M.B.A. concentrated in finance and strategy.
