Ed currently serves as Chairman and CEO of TRNT Holdings, LLC and possesses a broad business background in a variety of industries with a global perspective. He has served as CEO in both public and private company environments (while with a leading private equity firm), and has raised more than $1.6 billion in seven debt and equity transactions, and has extensive experience in acquisitions. He has relevant corporate governance experience with special interest in Enterprise Risk Management and the role technology plays. Ed’s past positions include serving as CEO, president and director of SourceHOV, one of the largest business process outsourcing companies. Prior to this, he held leadership roles at First Data Corporation, HBOC & Co., Insurance Systems of America and Andersen Consulting. He currently sits on the board of Eagle Materials, Inc., a leading U.S. manufacturer and distributor of building materials. A recipient of the 2010 EY Entrepreneur of the Year® award for the southwest region, Ed received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors from Georgia State University, as well as a Master of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
