Matt is focuses on investment opportunities in the infrastructure software sector. He joined the firm in 2011 as an Associate supporting TCV’s healthcare IT and services investment efforts from New York and Palo Alto. Matt is actively involved in TCV’s investments in Aviatrix, Devo Technology, HashiCorp, OneTrust, Vectra, and Venafi. His prior investments include Cradlepoint (acquired by Ericsson) and Silver Peak (acquired by HPE). Before TCV, Matt was an analyst in the Global Healthcare Group at UBS Investment Bank in New York, advising healthcare clients on a range of transactions spanning M&A, equity, and debt offerings. Matt also previously spent time evaluating healthcare investment opportunities at General Atlantic in New York. Matt received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and graduated with a B.S. in Biochemistry with honors from Indiana University.
