Bio

David joined TCV in 2013 and focuses on investments in software and tech-enabled services. He currently serves on the board of directors at Perceptyx and is also involved with the boards of Built, HireVue, and Humu. His other current partnerships include Nerdy, Newsela, OneSource Virtual, and Watermark. David’s previous partnerships include Avalara, LinkedIn, and Tastyworks. David spent a year away from TCV, working at HireVue in Utah, where he helped develop the company’s sales & marketing strategy. Prior to TCV, David worked at The Blackstone Group in the Bay Area focusing on Technology M&A. He started his career at Lighthouse Capital Partners, a venture debt provider. David received his A.B. in Economics and Music from Brown University.
