Daniel joined TCV in 2021 as a member of the People Team and focuses on talent management, organizational transformation, and culture. Prior to TCV, Daniel was a Global Business Partner at ByteDance, a Talent Management leader at Samsung Electronics America, and a Human Capital Strategy consultant at Deloitte Consulting LLP. He started his career as an employment lawyer in Washington D.C. and then joined Bank of America as a member of the Human Resources rotational leadership program, where he provided support in the areas of employee relations and business partner strategy. Daniel received an M.B.A. and a Master of Industrial Relations from Cornell University, a Juris Doctor from Penn State Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
