Margot joined TCG as a Talent Partner in 2022. Prior to joining TCG, Margot was a Partner at Rich Talent Group, where she helped high-growth companies find top talent across key operational functions including Marketing, General Management, People Leaders as well as helping companies add Board talent. Prior to joining Rich Talent Group, Margot led Partnerships at Homebase, an early-stage SaaS company. As an early member of the company’s Executive Team, Margot also focused on recruiting and developing the growing team. Margot started her career in technology at Shopkick (acquired by SK Planet), where she sat on the company’s Leadership Team and led various functions, including Client Services, Partnerships, Marketing and Recruiting. Margot graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in Art History modified with History and holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was President of Women in Management.
