Karen Wolcott is the Director of Human Resources at TCG. Prior to joining The Chernin Group, LLC in 2022, Karen was the Director and Head of Human Resources at Bellwether Asset Management, where she was responsible for the firm’s human capital initiatives. Karen previously held HR and leadership roles at American Express, Boeing, and MWS Ventures. Karen is on the board of directors for the Cornell Club of Los Angeles, a 501(c)(3) organization. She earned a B.S. from Cornell University in Industrial and Labor Relations prior to receiving a master’s from the UCLA School of Law with a focus on Human Resources and Employment Law.
