Bio

He joined Talde in 2010. Currently, he is a board member in Rotecna, Ñaming and AIT. His early career was at KPMG Corporate Finance in Barcelona and Madrid, where he accumulated over 10 years of experience in advising on national and cross-border M&A processes, development of business plans, investment analysis, business valuation and assisting in debt restructuring processes. He began his career at Ernst & Young, where he spent two years in the Auditing Department. He has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Deusto. Additionally, he has completed several international courses on company valuation and assistance in merger and acquisition processes. He also obtained the Certificate in Corporate Governance from the Instituto de Consejeros- Administradores.
