Prior to founding TAG in January of 1997, Bill was a Senior Manager of Boston-based Harbor Research, a boutique strategy consulting firm serving a number of Fortune 500 clients, largely in the industrial and diversified electronics sectors. He oversaw four restaurants, two dining halls, and a full-scale catering operation, and assumed organization-wide responsibility for policy-making, staffing (hiring/firing/scheduling), training, purchasing, and accounting/financial reporting. Bill graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in Business Economics. He lives with his wife and three sons in the suburbs south of Boston.
