Alex joined Synova during 2011. He has over 17 years’ experience of successfully investing in and supporting UK mid-market companies. Prior to joining Synova, Alex spent a number of years at Lloyds Development Capital (LDC) and 3i plc investing in businesses across the UK. Alex is a Non-Executive Director of Avantra, Pacifica, Orbis Protect, Fairstone and Unity5 and oversees Synova’s strategy in the Tech Enabled Services sector.
