As a key leader of Synergy, Munir oversees the diversified portfolio of investments in real estate, healthcare, and various retail operations. Additionally, Munir serves on the Board of Directors for both CSI Laboratories, a specialized cancer diagnostics company and Fitness Holdings Northeast, one of the largest Crunch Fitness franchisees. Before Synergy, Munir worked in the Asset and Investment Management divisions at Rialto Capital Management focusing on value-add investments and turnaround strategies for distressed and under-managed assets. Munir holds a BA in Economics from Emory University and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
