Bio

Paolo is partner of the firm and member of investment team of Sinergia III fund. He is a private equity professional with 20 years of experience. As a seasoned lower and mid-market private equity, Paolo has handled over 15 buy-out and minority transactions, including several replacement capital, growth capital and leverage buyout investments across a broad range of sectors including industrial goods, agri-business, textile, logistics, retail, packaging, energy and leisure. Paolo has a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Lecce and a M.Sc. in Corporate Finance from the LIUC University in Milan.
