During his law studies, Leo Schenk was also active as a semi-professional football player and fulfilled his military service with the military intelligence service. He then worked in various positions at ABN AMRO Bank. His last position was a partner in the Corporate Investments department. In 1999 he founded Synergia Capital Partners. As managing director, he is responsible for the fundraising and participations of Synergia, such as Ploeger Oxbo Group and Condoor Group.
