Bio

Hari joined Symphony Asia Holdings Pte. Ltd. in 2014, and is based in Singapore. He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector, particularly in the areas of systems, services and operations. He holds an M.Sc. in Statistics and a B.Sc. in Mathematical Statistics from the University of Calicut, Kerala, India. As Director of operations and the designated Risk Management Officer, he is responsible for the middle and back-office functions of Symphony Asia Holdings Pte. Ltd. Before joining Symphony, Hari was CEO and Executive Director of the Singapore Mercantile Exchange, an approved derivatives exchange, and the Singapore Mercantile Exchange Clearing Corporation, a clearing corporation based in Singapore. Hari also worked as Director of Strategy at Financial Technologies Group where he was responsible for setting up green-field ventures, corporate development efforts, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and global expansion partnerships. Prior to that, he held senior operations roles at the National Stock Exchange and the Bombay Stock Exchange.
