Mr. Mischka is involved in all aspects of evaluating investment opportunities, transaction due diligence as well as working with existing portfolio companies. Tre has played a significant role in executing the firm’s platform and add-on investments. Prior to joining SCE, Tre was an investment banker with Robert W. Baird, as a Director in the Distribution/Logistics team, where he worked on transactions in the distribution industry exceeding $3 billion, including advisory assignments with private equity owned value-added distributors. Tre has worked with some of the leading distribution companies in the United States, including MSC Industrial Direct, WESCO International, and Hughes Supply. During his 15+ years in the investment banking industry, Tre accumulated a wealth of diversified experience in middle-market acquisitions, divestitures and financial management with an emphasis on the distribution and logistics industries. Tre is a CPA and his advisory experience is supplemented by his operating experience as CFO of a multi-branch, closely-held distributor of electronic repair parts and satellite reception equipment to the dealer market and industrial users in the southeastern United States. As CFO, Tre was responsible for all accounting, financial management and IT decision support.
