David Kilimnik Bio

Dave started his career in Silicon Valley, first at software startups and then on the consulting side where he built digital transformation practices at both a boutique and a global SI. Prior to Superstep, Dave was the founder and CEO of Hero Digital, a premier digital experience company serving the Fortune 1000. He led the company’s growth path from inception to over $100M in revenue and had a successful exit to AEA Partners in 2021. Dave lives in the SF Bay Area with his family and is an avid outdoor sports enthusiast with a passion for running, mountain biking, skiing, and snowboarding.
