As the Controller at Sun Mountain Capital, Karen Allen is involved in the tax and accounting functions of the Firm. Karen joined Sun Mountain in 2008 and has over 19 years of experience in controller, accounting and office management positions for private equity organizations. Prior to joining Sun Mountain, Karen was the Accounting and Office Manager at Technology Funding Inc., a Santa Fe, NM based venture capital firm focused on life sciences investing. Karen holds a BA in Psychology from the College of Santa Fe.
