Rossen Georgiev, Managing Director, joined Sun Capital in 2010, having served as a Financial Analyst in the Restructuring Group of Lazard Frères & Co., where he focused on corporate reorganizations across a variety of industries. Mr. Georgiev received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
