Antony Clavel Bio

Antony joined Summit Partners in 2013, and focuses primarily on the technology sector in Europe, with an emphasis on software. He is a Swiss national and speaks English and Italian. His investment and board experience includes Calypso Technology (acquired by Thoma Bravo), Darktrace (LSE: DARK), Immersive Labs, LearnUpon, Odoo, RELEX Solutions, Siteimprove (acquired by Nordic Capital), TradingHub and Syncron. Prior to Summit, Antony worked for Allen & Company where he advised US and European technology entrepreneurs on M&A and raising capital. He was also active in the firm’s investments. Antony holds a BA in mathematics from Oxford University with first class honors and an SM in computer science from Harvard University. He is a member of the Advisory Panel of the Future Fifty, a U.K. government initiative to identify and support promising high growth companies in the U.K.
