Andy joined Summit Partners in 2008, and focuses primarily on the technology sector, with an emphasis on software. Andy’s current investment and board experience includes Jamf (NASDAQ: JAMF), Jungle Scout, NinjaRMM, Output, Podium Corporation, ReCharge, Red Canary, and Striim. His prior experience includes InfoArmor (acquired by Allstate Corporation), NetWitness (acquired by EMC Corporation), Reverb.com (acquired by Etsy), RiskIQ (acquired by Microsoft), Uber (NYSE: UBER), Ubiquiti (NYSE: UI, formerly Ubiquiti Networks), Wildfire Interactive (acquired by Google) and Winshuttle (acquired by Symphony Technology Group). Prior to Summit, Andy worked as an investment banking analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Banc of America Securities. Before that, he worked for ABN Amro Financial Services in Chicago. Andy holds a BS in finance from Miami University.
