Roberto Gattoni holds a degree in Business Administration from Luigi Bocconi University of Milan. He joined the Style Capital SGR team in January 2006. Before that, he worked for five years in the Corporate Finance Division of DGPA&Co, in the role of consultant. During his time at DGPA&Co, he has taken part in a number of projects: feasibility studies and business plans, valuations of companies and specific assets, IPO advisory, and M&A advisory for client firms of high standing such as: Telecom Italia, Vodafone, Omnitel NV, Telecom Italia Media, SEAT Pagine Gialle, Matrix, Edison, Italenergia, AMSC, Mercedes Benz Italia, Gemina, Guaber and Mercatone Uno. In 2005, he participated in analyses of the investment transactions of the Absolute Ventures fund. At DGPA Capital, as Investment Manager, Roberto handled various investment processes and investments, and sat on the boards of the Sundek Group, Golden Goose S.r.l., ETS (Vintage 55 brand) and MIDA S.r.l.
