Roberta Benaglia, who holds a degree in Management Engineering with honours from Milan Polytechnic, began her career in the Listing Department at Borsa Italiana, which is responsible for implementing and coordinating the listing procedure for Borsa Italiana markets. Her first experience in private equity dates back to April 2001, when she left Borsa Italiana to work at Onetone Consulting, the advisory arm of the venture capital fund Onetone, focused on investing in ICT/media companies with strong growth potential. In September 2003, she began to work at DGPA&Co, in the Advisory Area of the fund Absolute Ventures SCA. During her experience at DGPA&Co, she was directly involved in the acquisitions of CE-TA, GPP-Agepe and Arketipo, and in more than 20 other investment processes. Since 2005, she has been a Managing Partner of Style Capital SGR (formerly DGPA SGR. During these years, Roberta contributed to launching and managing the DGPA Capital fund, with responsibility for the fund's investments in companies operating in the fashion and consumer brands sectors (over 50% of the fund's invested capital). In particular, Roberta was responsible for the Twin-Set, Golden Goose, Sundek, Luciano Padovan and Planter's transactions. In 2015 Roberta, CEO of the revamped management company, promoted the launch of the Style Capital fund.
