Managing Partner, Corporate Director and member of Stratus' investment committee, Mauro has extensive experience as a lawyer and executive, including acting in regulatory matters related to the financial and capital markets. Mauro started his activities with Stratus in 2010, after working as a legal advisor to the Group in several transactions, as a professional at Machado Meyer. Mauro holds a law degree from the Law Faculty of the University of São Paulo, obtained an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School (United States), he attended an executive MBA at FGV-SP (São Paulo) and is authorized to act as a lawyer in Brazil and in the state of New York.
