Bio

Fabio is a professional with over a decade of experience, having worked in Private Equity, M&A, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, and Corporate Management. Throughout his career, Fabio has executed transactions in various sectors, including, among others, payments, consumer and retail, technology, media, telecommunications, and entertainment. Since 2022, he has been a member of Stratus, where he plays a strategic role as a member of the boards of directors and strategic committees of investee companies in various sectors. Fabio has a degree in Production Engineering from PUC-PR and complemented his training with an extension course in Corporate Finance from Harvard University.
