Before co-founding Strattam, Adrian Polak was a Senior Advisor in the Technology Group for the Oak Hill Capital Partners Funds. Prior to his engagement at Oak Hill, Mr. Polak was Vice President at Rockwood Capital, a leading real estate private equity firm, where his primary responsibility was to implement the firm’s data center investment program. Between July 2005 and November 2011, he was a senior member of the team that led the day-to-day effort to acquire, manage and dispose of certain data center assets owned by affiliates of RWC and operated by 365 Main, Inc. Mr. Polak’s experience previous to RWC includes having been the Manager of Corporate and Business Development at Kontiki, an internet infrastructure company, and an Associate in the Internet Media and Internet Infrastructure M&A group at Hambrecht and Quist (now JP Morgan Chase). Mr. Polak earned his MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California – Berkeley, and his B.Com (Honors) from Queen’s University. Mr. Polak is a member of the Board of Directors of Doxim.
