Noah is a Managing Director in Compliance with Stonepeak. Before joining Stonepeak, Noah was a Compliance Managing Director at CPP Investments. Prior to CPP, he was Legal Director, Corporate & Compliance at Baring Private Equity Asia. Noah was also a Vice President at BlackRock and a Corporate Associate at Kirkland & Ellis and Clifford Chance. Noah received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McGill University.
