Dan Tseng is a Managing Director in Legal with Stonepeak. Prior to joining Stonepeak, Dan was the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at CircleUp. Before CircleUp, Dan worked at Two Sigma and The Travelers Group in senior legal roles and at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a Senior Associate in the Private Equity Funds and M&A groups. Dan received a Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law.
