Bio

Usman is a Managing Director whose responsibilities include driving all stages of the investment execution process including initial review, due diligence, valuation, financing and structuring, legal documentation, negotiations as well as post-close portfolio company oversight and support. Prior to joining StoneCalibre, Usman was part of the M&A team at Morgan Stanley where he advised clients on various strategic alternatives. Usman graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California earning dual-degrees with B.S. in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business and B.S. in Accounting from the Leventhal School of Accounting.
