Bio

Willy joined Stonebridge Capital in 2018. Prior to Stonebridge, he served as Head of IBD of UBS Securities Korea starting in 2010 and headed the entire spectrum of investment banking services including cross-border M&A, acquisition financing, and equity capital market transactions. Before his career at UBS, Willy worked as an Investment Director in Centaurus Capital in London and Hong Kong, where he was in charge of hedge fund investment in the Asia region. Willy also worked in Morgan Stanley Asia (Hong Kong) from 2001 to 2007 where he covered M&As and corporate finance advisory works for Asian corporate clients, including Korea. Willy holds an M.B.A. degree from Harvard University, M.Phil. in Economics from Cambridge University, M.Phil. in Industrial Relations from Oxford University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Seoul National University.
