Stefano is a co-founder of Stirling Square. Previously, Stefano was a Partner and Managing Director with DLJ Merchant Banking (“DLJMB”), the Private Equity division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, in New York and London. Prior to joining DLJMB, Stefano worked at Bankers Trust in New York and Milan, where he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Acquisition & Structured Finance and Private Equity divisions. Stefano holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in International Economics from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. He is also a fellow of the Karl F. Landegger Program at Georgetown University and of the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
