Bio

Rushi Kulkarni is a Managing Director with STG. Prior to STG, Rushi spent over ten years in investment banking advising software companies, private equity, and venture capital clients on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and public equity offerings. Rushi helped lead and manage STG’s investment in Cadmium, Caseworthy, Trace One, and RSA. Most recently, Rushi served as Senior Vice President at Jefferies covering the enterprise application and infrastructure software sectors. Before Jefferies, Rushi worked with a mid-market telecom M&A boutique called The Bank Street Group. During his tenure on Wall Street, he has completed more than 55 transactions aggregating over $45 billion in total deal value. Rushi has an MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester and a B.E. in Computer Science from Pune University, India. Rushi currently serves on the board of directors of Cadmium, Caseworthy, and RSA.
