Ed Didier is a Managing Director with STG, where he has helped lead and manage STG’s investments in Winshuttle (sold to Precisely), Maincare (sold to Montagu Private Equity), RedSeal, RSA, Skyhigh Security and Trellix (from the combination of McAfee Enterprise and FireEye) and SAI360. Before joining STG, Ed was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company in the Private Equity Group and the Technology practice in San Francisco, where he led deals in the enterprise software, data center and technology-enabled services verticals. Prior to Bain, Ed worked at QInvest in Qatar, executing strategic investments on behalf of the Principal Investments team. Ed started his career at Morgan Stanley in London in the Investment Banking Division. Ed received a Bachelor of Science in History and International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an MBA from ESSEC Business School in France, with a concentration in finance and corporate strategy. He currently serves on the board of directors for SAI360, RedSeal, RSA, Skyhigh Security, and Trellix.
