Bio

Courtney joined Sterling in 2020 and is a Vice President. As a member of the investment team, Courtney works on all aspects of the deal process, including identification and due diligence of prospective investments, as well as management and oversight of the active portfolio. Prior to joining Sterling Partners, Courtney was a Vice President at Winona Capital from 2014 to 2020, where she provided acquisition and growth capital to consumer-driven brands. Before joining Winona Capital, she worked at Robert W. Baird & Co. as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer Group. Courtney graduated from Northwestern University, receiving a B.A. in Communications and Business Institutions, and was a member of the Varsity Field Hockey Team.
