Bio

Susan joined Sterling in 2016 and is a Vice President of Business Development at the firm. Susan is responsible for supporting the effort to identify and qualify new investment opportunities at the firm and is also responsible for Sterling’s marketing effort. Previously, Susan worked at GE Global Sponsor Finance and Heller Financial Corporate Finance for nine years, where she was responsible for underwriting middle market leveraged finance transactions for private equity clients. Prior to that, she spent three years at Arthur Andersen, LLP in the Specialty Consulting practice. Susan earned a B.S. from Miami University and an M.B.A. from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
